Welcome Elizabeth Saviteer MS, CN, LMHCA!
I am delighted to introduce you to our newest team member. Elizabeth joins CPF with 5 years of counseling experience and a passion for helping clients create peace with food.
Elizabeth’s Nutrition Philosophy: Better health through balance and flexibility, not perfection. You were born with everything you need to know to nourish your body and maintain a healthy weight. But, like most people, you may have found yourself mistrusting your body and your appetites, and overwhelmed with information about the “right” way to eat.
For most people who work with Elizabeth, her approach is completely different and a welcome change from mainstream nutrition.
She practices a non-diet approach, supporting you in normalized, mindful eating that is attuned to your hunger and fullness. She will gently guide you away from external beliefs and “shoulds” regarding nutrition, to internal, values-based choices that work best for your emotional and physical health.
Elizabeth currently holds office hours in our Bellevue location on Tuesday evenings and Saturdays as well as in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle on Fridays.
