She/Her
Brandi is a body liberation activist and strives to dismantle the oppressive and stigmatizing biases that entrench us in harmful and unhelpful medical nutrition practices. She is a registered dietitian, specialist in pediatric nutrition and a certified eating disorder specialist and supervisor. Her work is rooted in trauma informed, neurodivergent aware, gender affirming practices and shaped by the philosophies of the Social Determinants of Health, Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size and Responsive Feeding Therapy. What she values most is being a witness to the incredible work her clients do each and every day…from the parents and their incredible neurodiverse kiddos realizing they no longer dread meal time to adults learning what true nourishment feels like. She works with all ages and gender identities, all forms of disordered eating and eating disorders as well as weight inclusive, fat positive medical nutrition therapy, ADHD coaching and feeding coaching for parents.

ABOUT US
We believe that health is personal, individual, and fluid and that the pursuit of it is not a moral obligation.
We believe that all bodies of all sizes, shapes, shades, abilities, gender identities, and ages are valuable and deserving of respect.
We believe that all people deserve equitable, safe, unbiased access to care.
We believe that people’s individual needs are diverse and include but are not limited to physical, social, emotional, economic, and spiritual.
We believe that as providers we possess certain privileges that make it crucial that we continue to do our own work to disrupt and dismantle systems of body oppression including but not limited to weight stigma, racism, sexism, healthism, and ableism.
We believe in individual, flexible eating that is grounded in an internal connection to hunger, appetite, satiety, nutrition, and pleasure.
We believe that we will never be the expert of your body but that we can support you in developing a relationship of trust with your body.
(These belief statements are inspired by the Health at Every Size® Principles developed by the Association for Size Diversity and Health.)
