Brandi is a registered dietitian and board certified as a specialist in pediatric nutrition with over a decade of experience specializing in eating disorders, food allergies/intolerances and pediatric/family nutrition (including nutrition for developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, ADD/ADHD). Her work is shaped by the philosophies of Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size and Ellyn Statter’s Division of Responsibility in Feeding. Her community work involves teaching kid’s cooking classes, gleaning at local farms for HopeLink Food Banks and spreading the message of body trust in a culture that is misguided about real beauty. In her spare time, Brandi seeks to deepen her relationship with God, do art, go adventure traveling, geek out over food psychology, and create food experiments with her daughter.

Cristen is a registered dietitian nutritionist, clinical exercise physiologist and certified specialist in sports dietetics with over two decades of experience. Her specialty areas include eating disorders and compulsive/emotional eating behaviors, sports/performance nutrition, maternal nutrition (including pregnancy and lactation) and family nutrition (including picky eating). With compassion and understanding, Dr. Harris’ holistic, weight-neutral, and personalized approach is grounded in the restoration of natural body cues, internally-directed eating, self-care and body respect, mindfulness, joyful movement, and authentic health. When not collaborating with clients at Creating Peace with Food or mentoring students at Bastyr University, Dr. Harris cherishes the time spent with her family and enjoys many activities including hiking in nature, swimming, yoga, weight-training, reading, playing and listening to music, watching movies, and sharing delicious food and drink with family and friends.

Elizabeth is a certified nutritionist and licensed mental health counselor. She specializes in helping clients who struggle with their weight, disordered eating, depression or anxiety. In a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere and within a compassionate relationship, you can explore the changes you want to make, and learn new tools to help you. In her counseling approach, she primarily uses the T.E.A.M. Approach- which also utilizes assessment tools, therapy session evaluations, and a range of powerful techniques to conquer self-defeating beliefs and behaviors. Outside of the office, She loves dancing, watching movies, and eating delicious meals and desserts.

She uses evidence-based treatment along with a non-diet and intuitive eating approach to inspire her clients to become attuned with their bodies and create a nourishing relationship with food. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, hiking, playing Frisbee with her dog Luna, watching local theater productions, and trying new ethnic cuisines.

Virginia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in nutrition therapy for disordered eating and eating disorders, PCOS, cardiovascular health, diabetes, and blood sugar management utilizing a weight neutral approach. Her nutritional approach is guided by empathy and compassion as well as the recognition of the numerous factors that influence what and why we eat. She fosters a collaborative approach and motivational interviewing techniques to explore the needs and barriers of each client with the end goal of creating a peaceful and sustainable relationship to food, body, and joyful movement. Her work is guided by a Health at Every Size philosophy and Intuitive Eating principles. In her free time Virginia enjoys getting into nature to unwind, spending time exploring the city with her partner, spending time with a good friend, cooking and preparing foods from her garden or a local farm, and dancing.
