It’s been 20+ years since I met with my first nutrition therapy client and I still can’t imagine doing any other type of work. To me, this work is deeply personal and my lived experience influences how we can work together. I live with the intersectional identities of white privilege, cis-gender, female, disabled (ADHD, autoimmune and genetic disorders), & small-fat bodied and like so many others, #metoo. I’m also a parent to a neurodivergent, non-binary kiddo who, in my humble biased opinion, is the most amazing human I’ve ever met.
I have overcome ARFID, Anorexia, survived narcissistic abuse and continue the life long work of dismantling internalized oppressive and stigmatizing biases from being conditioned as a white, cis, female in the deep south of the United States within a large Catholic family system.
As a firm believer in walking the talk, I diligently care for myself and my family to ensure that I am able to give each client my 100% in every session.
Our work together-whether individually or in a group-is tailored to what will best work for you. You will not get a cookie-cutter approach when working with me. Your relationship to food and your body is nuanced, complex and deeply personal and you should expect nothing less from the healing path that we will create together. This work literally changes your DNA & your family legacy for generations to come.
My work hours are determined by school hours during this phase of my life. I support pediatric clients through parent coaching only at this time. Current hours are MTWRF 9:15 am-1:45 pm PST.
Outside of nutrition work, I am a Master Level Reiki Practitioner and Meditation Teacher. When my body allows, I love to catch up with friends, hang out in nature, learn Spanish and travel.
